Emails in our shop are designed to look like they come from our server. These are reaching our customers. Unfortunately emails from the shop are not accepted by our own email server, as it believes they are spam.
The IP adress the emails are coming from (Shopify server) are not listed in the SPF Record.
We can see that the sending host also uses a FQDN of mailer.shopify.com which has a registered SPF record which points to sendgrid.net which in turn does list the IP address we need.
Can shopify confirm we should add mailer.shopify.com as an include on the SPF record?
Thanks
Following as I'm also having this issue - Gmail is marking 'mailer.shopify.com' emails as spam sporadically and I wish to add the IP as a trusted sender in our email allowlist.
