Can Shopify support a user-to-user e-commerce model like Poshmark?

Looking to create a user to user e-commerce site where the site connects individual buyers to sellers.   Very similar to something like Poshmark.  Is there a theme that exists for this sort of model?   I haven't found any examples using shopify where the site allows unique sellers to upload images and content to advertise and sell their items.  The site needs to have a concept of both customer/buyer as well as Seller.   Does shopify support this?   Is there a theme already out there for this type of site?

This is not a native shopify feature, any such contrivances have to be forced in with apps.

The app types to search for are "marketplace".

Themes/templates are mostly just coverings for what liquid templating language is capable of in consuming existing apis they cannot enable ever type of arbitrary business model.

If you have not begun and have no other business cases for why you'd use shopify , then you will want to shortlist different services before commiting.
