Can Stripe Customer Portal be implemented for subscription management in Shopify?

Hi,

I have question, we are using Stripe as a payment gateway for your subscriptions,
my question is if it is possible to call function Stripe Customer Portal  for customers be able to manage their subscriptions..

As is described in Stripe: https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/customer-portal

we would like to setup a page which will contain button to call this function and there has to be script which defines the session for the customer

I wonder if such a implementation is possible in Shopify,

if not, is there app for that?
