on our Instagram business account we show our shopify store link but if we click on that link that shopify page is not loding.

Have you tried to troubleshoot the issue? Such as, switch to a different device and use a different browser? If so and the error still persists, kindly make sure that your Shopify website link on your Instagram account is correct and if it is, there might be an account or domain issues going on. You might want to check the DNS records of your domain or reach out to your domain provider to further check if there where the error is coming from. Otherwise, contact Shopify support to see if there is an account issue going on that might cause this.

Are you able to share a screenshot of the error message or a video when you attempt to connect your Instagram to Shopify? Were you able to try some of the troubleshooting steps @SealSubs-Roan has suggested above?

this issue we face for android device only. on ios the link work fine

It sounds like this may be a device issue as it's working for iOS but not Android. Are you able to share a link to your Instagram, so we can try to replicate the issue?

The link to our Instagram channel is https://www.instagram.com/imeuswe/,( Screenshot 1) once you click on the link - https://www.imeuswe.in/dna/ from the bio.( Screenshot 2) It will first come to our website, from there when user is trying to reach Shopify page - https://dna.imeuswe.in/collections/all, it is showing "Failed to load" error ONLY FOR ANDROID DEVICES. It works fine for iOS devices. Can you please help us on priority?
We have checked with Meta support as well, they mentioned, their is no error from their end & they asked to check with Shopify team.
