Hi @joseph1011

Thank you for the screenshot showing the error message you are seeing. Are you the owner of this website and need help resolving the error? If yes, you can follow this link to sign into your merchant account and open a support ticket: Shopify Help Center - Contact Support.

If you are a customer of this store and need help completing your order you will need to contact the store directly. Most online stores have a contact us page or contact details in the store footer for assistance.

Thank you for sharing that screenshot! I can definitely see that you are having an issue with the Help Center on your end. Under the "Get Support" heading should be a range of support options (see screenshot below)

Please try these troubleshooting steps to resolve this:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies for all time.
  • Try in an incognito/private window.
  • Attempt in another browser (We recommend Chrome if you are not already using it).
  • Ensure your device and browser are fully up to date. Shopify only supports the last two major operating systems versions.
  • Try on another device or alternate internet connection (mobile).

From your initial screenshot, I gather that the website address is www.goatstand.com . I was able to replicate the error message in your screenshot and I was also able to bypass it by adding the product to cart and moving to the checkout from there.

This points to some kind of customization or third party app that affects the Buy it Now button on your theme. If you have made any coding changes to the Buy it Now button I recommend rolling back or undoing those changes as they are most likely the culprit.
