Hello!
I somehow do not see where I can change the "Remember" me options when going to Settings>Checkout>Manage Checkout Language>Checkout&System.
When I press CTRL+F and search for "Remember me" or "Save my information for a faster checkout", I do not find anything.
I would need to edit it into Swedish language, manually, as I've done with all other parts of the checkout, not via any translation apps.
Is this possible to do? If yes, how?
Hello, @kanavalau.
Thanks for reaching out and posting this question!
You can locate the Save this information for next time field using the Theme content editor, and it's located under the Checkout & system tab. We'd recommend searching some keywords to help narrow down the number of fields. However, if you're unable to locate the field, then you can try searching less keywords at once (as shown in my screenshot).
Here's a screenshot from my test store:
I noticed that you're a new member of our Shopify Community! Once you've adjusted the text, I'd love to hear more about your business and share some resources to help you get started. What kinds of products are you selling? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?

Hi,
I have already changed that as I wrote I tested with the CTRL+ F method,
But still - nothing happens.
Please see the screenshot:
Hi, @kanavalau.
Thank you for following up.
It looks like you're referring to the wording for Shop Pay, and Swedish is one of the supported languages for Shop Pay. However, this can also be dependent on whether your theme is properly designed to translate those fields. Which theme are you using at the moment?
The Shopify-supported themes and most of the paid themes from the Shopify Theme store are designed to support Shop Pay. However, if you're unable to locate this field in the language editor using one of these themes, then we can access your account and help you with this. While we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we'd be happy to further assist you through live chats. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request.
If you're using a third-party or custom theme, then we'd recommend getting support for your theme from the theme designers as they may have a newer version or a quick fix available to assist you. That being said, you can also consider hiring a developer to assist you with this as well. Should you need help finding a developer, then you can take a look at our directory of certified developers on Shopify Experts.
If you have any other questions on this topic, then don't hesitate to let me know!

Hi Elias, thanks for your response.
I've had a chat with Debutify and they are telling me it is on Shopify's end.
Anything I can do to resolve this issue?
Hi, @kanavalau.
Thank you for following up with the additional context.
Since the Shopify-supported themes (free) and third-party paid themes from the Shopify Theme store don't have this issue, then the issue is likely that the Debutify theme isn't designed with the requirements for Shop Pay and this is something that the theme designers would need to build into their theme - similar to any of the other elements that they've built into their theme so far.
If the theme designers isn't able to assist you with this issue, then you can also consider hiring a developer to assist you as mentioned. While you can look for a certified developer on Shopify Experts, we'd still recommend simply switching to a theme from the Shopify Theme store as they are already designed to translate Shop Pay.
Let me know if you've any other questions!

You are simply wrong, as the checkout has absolutely nothing to do with the theme unless they have Shopify plus, which they don't.
It also has nothing to do with the supported languages as we are talking about the English version here.
The langue editor is simply missing this section and making excuses is really stupid.
It's extremely frustrating and sloppy that Shopify Staff gives answers like this in the community forums without even testing their baseless suggestions.
Thanks for your viewpoint.
I always had a thought that this wasn't the case. It's just logical. How can the checkout page have something to do with the theme when you're not even able to fully edit this page yourself if you're not a Shopify admin? (Correct me if I'm wrong)
I still by this day have not figured out how to edit this section. Is the only solution to hire a Shopify admin/dev'?
Hiring someone won't help you at all, because unless you have Shopify plus, which starts at $2K/month, it's utterly impossible.
It was last possible to hide or edit the "Remember Me" section in 2017.
They don't want you to edit or remove it, because it's their way to sponsor Shop pay/app in your checkout.
These are the facts.
