My account was terminated after 3 days of being Live (shopify says it's violation of AUP)
I'm trying to fill in the appeal form in the email they sent me. However, after filling in the form and uploading the documents, when I click submit, nothing happens (submit button does not work)
I have contacted the shopify live suppport several times and was told to wait for their internal team to review and get back to me. It's been 2 weeks.
Anyone facing similar issue?

Hi, my issue has been resolved, around 3 weeks+ after my account was terminated.
After contacting live support several times with no new updates, I decided to try replying to the email directly (the email that says your account was terminated, the one with the appeal form) to say that I can't submit the appeal form. After a few more days, the risk operations team emailed me asking me to submit my documents as email attachments in my email reply to them. My account was reinstated a few days later after submitting my documents.
You can try to reply to their email directly and see if they reply to you from there. Good luck!

My store has been reinstated today! My website hasn't gone live yet hence I do not have any issues with payouts. Hope you get it resolved asap!
Did you do anything in order for risk dept to contact you? Or how long after the suspension did they contact you? My store has just been terminated with no reason and the appeal button also doesn't work. Opened several chats, doesn't work and can't respond to the mail notification, since it's a no reply. Also can't respond to the other mail notification, since shopify doesn't do e-mail support anymore.

They contacted me around 3 weeks after my store was terminated. Even though their email notification says it's a no reply email, you can try replying to it and see if they reply
I tried, but no response as of yet. Thank you for your response. I've emailed everybody, but event the support chat isnt working properly right now. Could you tell me what kind of info they needed from you? So I can send it to them pro actively.

I’m dealing with the same problem right now too. Been almost a month since my first ticket with live but no response. Appeal form doesn’t work for me either.
What do you mean by they contacted you after 3 weeks? Were they responding to an email or ticket you made or did they just reach out to you from the termination email?
Also, did they receive the email when you replied directly to the termination email? Because it says no-reply and when I sent an email, i immediately got a response saying they might not receive anything. I emailed the address you referred but I’m scared no one might reply. Idk why shopify support has so many issues. Thanks for your help.

They contacted me by email (it was a new email thread), 3 weeks after my account was terminated. I do not know whether they were replying to my email that I sent them or whether they were just following up from the tickets.
Hi, it has been months since they terminated my store an I've contacted them back and forth via live chat but haven't heard back from the legal team at all. I tried to replying the email directly but it was a "no-reply" email so it didn't sent to them. Can you tell me what's the email I can send them to and what are the things they need? (e.g documents, explaination, etc)

Yes same here. The unfortunate part is I am trying to switch providers from square space to shopify. Horrible taste in my mouth, I'll be going back to square space.
