When I try to log in, it says that the account has been inactive for 3 months so they will send an email. I unfortunately don't have access to that email. Another user on the website is able to log in and has access to their email, but that he doesn't have administrative access.
Please help! This is so tough without customer support available on chat!

Was this issue solved? Is so how long did it take? I'm having the exact same problem, it's been 4 days since my ticket was escalated to the accounts team.
