Can't Login To Store - Recovery Codes and Mobile Auth code not coming to my phone

i need help getting access back to my account, my email and password are correct, i have my number also added for verification, when i login i see Check your phone Enter the six–digit code that was sent to your mobile device at ••• ••• •• my mobile number is correct but i don't get the code. 

i am a shopify partner and have several client's stores attached to this account and it's already affecting my business that i cant login.

Have you tried restarting your device? Your phone provider may be experiencing technical difficulties, restarting your device may help with delivery. You can also check out troubleshooting guide here in our help center.

If that does not do the trick, can you check if you downloaded the 10 recovery codes? Please check your download's folder for a file named “shopify_recovery_codes”. 

After taking the above steps, and you are still unable to receive the authentication codes, please reach out to our support so that our accounts team can take a closer look at this.

As you will not be able to log into your account without the authentication code, please use this link and scroll to the bottom of this page to access support. Let them know you are unable to log in to your account nor do you have any recovery codes.
