Why can't I print multiple shipping labels at once?

Hi! Been using Shopify for two years and never had any problems. But now, when I go to print shipping labels, I purchase the label, press “print shipping label” and nothing happens. This is especially frustrating when I purchase labels in mass to print, as once I leave the page I can only print each label individually. I use safari as it’s my preferred browser, and from chrome I’m forced to download the labels as a file on my computer before printing. 

Does anyone have a solution?
