Can't select a different default language for a specific market

Hi there!

I have 4 languages available in my website and the default language is English.

When I go to Market and I try to specify French for the French market, that option is greyed out.

The same happens to all markets I want to specify a different language.

Why can't I specify a language to a specify market or location?
