Shouldn't someone (Tech Support) from Shopify have access to these questions so they can be of some help to their customer? I have been waiting for an answer and have LOST a sale. It may not seem like much to Shopify but it is a BIG deal to me. I should not have to wait for an answer from another shopify client..Or maybe there should be a direct way to contact Shopify for immediate help.

My experience is that Shopify staff cannot answer any technical questions, only general questions, the best place to go for technical help is Fiverr.
