Hi there, I have a website slickstiles.com and it is currently running on woocommerce. We are planning to move it to Shopify. Our current customer base is around 40k to 50k per month and we are going to increase the marketing and advertising effort and through that, we are expecting the monthly traffic to increase to 150k to 200k per month.
So would the Basic Plan be able to handle this traffic without any issues and is there any limit on how much traffic can be handled by Shopify Basic Plan?
It would be great if I could get an answer on this, because it is essential for us that the site works smoothly even with high traffic.
Thanks
Hi @akshayBH23
Shopify don't limit traffic for their lower plan.
The only difference between plans are related to staff access count, reports and transaction charges.

okay thanks, so the website won't slow down even with the increased number of visitors?
Slowing down is not depend only on the server, it also depends on the customization done and assets like JS, Images on the theme.
