Can we integrate Pipedrive Chatbot with Shopify?

Hi. We are currently using Tidio for our chatbot inside Shopify. We are implementing a new CRM called Pipedrive. It also has the capability to embed its own chatbot. We want to use Pipedrive Chatbot moving forwards in our Shopify account. Does anyone know if that is possible and how to do it?

We have used Pipedrive before, it's a great sales CRM. Just curious though, if you're using Shopify & Tidio, wondering what kind of store or service that you're running that requires Pipedrive? 

Here is what I found on how you have to embed Pipedrive's chat into your page. Another page that describes a different CRM's process to embed their chat (most likely very similar), you'll need to edit the theme code. 

Makes sense that you'd want to combine your CRM and chat/chatbot, but honestly Pipedrive can end up getting on the spendier side when you consider that you need to pay per seat. If you're running ecommerce, there are other solutions that combine CRM and chat that work natively with Shopify (Channel.io for example). If you don't need a full Sales CRM but want more CRM capability than is provided with shopify and Tidio, check out Channel.io.

We sell full set up/accessories for Virtual Golf Simulator. Shopify is not our main point of customer, we have other lead sources that we'd like to keep in track all in one CRM for nurturing, client management and other marketing & internal functions.

Got it! Virtual golf simulator, yep - I'd guess you'd need a more full on CRM in that case too.

Pipedrive is a great sales CRM by the way (but not sure about their chat/chatbot features - never used them).
