Can we set standard filters for product collections?

I would like to ask if it is possible to set a standard filtering on collections, e.g., Product bundles instead of “Featured” “Alphabetic A-Z” ?

The ability to add filters to collections depends on whether you are using a theme that supports filtering. This guide can help you determine if your theme supports this feature. To have more control over your storefront filtering I'd also recommend you look into using the Shopify Search & Discovery app. It allows you to create custom filters, have more control over your storefront search results, and also have more control over related product recommendations on your store.
