Hello there, I wasn’t granted access to view your store so here are a few general suggestions on how the store could be improved.

1) You should endeavor to get some feedback from customers even if those sales were made offline and display those feedbacks on the homepage.

2) There are sections for best sellers and latest arrivals on the homepage to differentiate or highlight certain products to the public eye.

3) You should ensure that there is an add to cart button on each product page on the homepage. This would help make the whole purchase process much easier and quicker for customers. For this purpose, I suggest installing the Add to Cart button app here https://apps.shopify.com/add-to-cart as this app would help assign the buttons to all products on the homepage in a well designed and visible manner.
