Can you disable sold out variants on the drop down menu on an embedded product?

I'd like to have variants greyed out and unselectable when sold out, but is this possible when the product is embedded on a website and not using a shopify theme or store?

@boziggy - embedded products are added using iframe and any css or code will not work on iframe to disable embedded products.

Those need to be disabled on original site.

Hello @boziggy,

If you are embedding the product page URL of Shopify products in other different websites then it will work the same as the Shopify website. 

Shopify website code will work within the iframe but if you want to control the Shopify website code, from different website codes then it is not possible.

I actually don’t use the shopify website. I create the products and embed them on a different website altogether. So i guess i’m unable to add code to the embedded product code to be able to do that.
