We are trying to access our account, from multiple browsers, account admins, and devices, but when we log in we continuously see a looping error "500" and then it reloads into a different page and then loads the error again. We can't seem to get it to stop to remedy anything or deal with it.
Does anyone know how to make this stop or reconfigure the account?

Have you tried to Clear cache & cookies and attempt logging in via incognito mode yet? Or try a different network (mobile data or VPN) in case it's a connectivity issue.
If the error persists, contact Shopify Support directly via Twitter (@ShopifySupport) or through their status page (status.shopify.com) to check for platform-wide issues.
