Cannot add multi-line metafield to product page

I hope I'm in the right place for this - I'm not very technical. I'm trying to add metafields to the product page. I have created the metafields and added a text field to the product page, but cannot connect the dynamic data to the field. The metafield does not appear in the dropdown selector as available. Everything seems to work normally except for that connection. I have created other metafields in other area of the store and they work fine. Any help, suggestions or ideas would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

When you create a meta field, you can select rich text instead of multi-line text
