Cannot find text to edit in my Testimonial section

I am trying to edit the text in the text in my testimonials on my site and change it to different text but I cannot figure out how to do so. I tried looking through my code and looking for it but could not find it. I don't know if it is because it might be a template or what

You may need to check it from store admin > Sales Channels > Online Store > Themes > Customize
