Cannot link announcement bar to home page

Cannot link announcement bars to home page. Can only link to products or collections. My store link is: toubaby.com . Please help. Many thanks!

Gotcha. The default Shopify theme is the debut theme. Great news: you can definitely have your announcement bar link to the homepage:

When you paste that there, a small dropdown will appear with an icon of a square and an arrow pointing out of it with your pasted link beside it. Clicking that will set your link in the announcement bar to link to the homepage.

The end result should look like this:
