Hello.
On my shopify site I have a number of products which have their own seperate description which is pulled from the products themself. However I wish to add a size and fit and a material meta to achieve this also. When I create a new definition on the products within the product metafield and then populate that field within the product itself it wotn show on the page when connected to teh dynamic source. I have no idea what else to do and youtube and google have not helped me. THe collapsable text box itself infact disappears after linking to the dynamic source
Update: Thanks for your responses however I have managed to fix the issue. It was something so stupid. In that I was applying the block to the overall theme instead of just the product page if that make sense. Thanks

Hello @alanmcivor
You can go to the csm settings and then open product and select the section where you want metafield data then assign this metafield defination

Hi @alanmcivor 👋
In your screen shots the value of the metafield is "size and fit" on top of being the name of the metafield itself.
So "size and fit" should be what is output if your expecting some sort of other text.
You might want to also try pasting the underlying liquid directly into the setting to replace the dynamic source
{{ product.metafields.custom.size_and_fit.value }} , or {{ product.metafields.custom.size_and_fit | metafield_text }} or metafield_tag etc,
See the liquid filter docs https://shopify.dev/docs/api/liquid/filters/metafield_text
Check the help docs and the dev docs metafield compatibility for dynamic sources
https://shopify.dev/docs/storefronts/themes/architecture/settings/dynamic-sources
The docs show multi_line_text_field is supported but you may not be able to connect every type of dynamic-source-input to every type of setting-value successfully /shrug

Do you mean you had to choose the current template in the dynamic source picker?
