Cannot stop grabbing hand cursor while in the Shopify Theme Editor

While in the theme editor, my cursor randomly switches to the grabbing hand cursor, zooms out the page preview, and removes interactivity within the template sections / blocks. I have to save and exit the builder, refresh the page, and then go back in.

This issue occurs repeatedly and can get quite annoying. It seems to be some kind of bug, and has been occurring more frequently within the last several months. I'm not sure what triggers it.

You can see below how everything is greyed out, and I am unable to interact with existing blocks or add new ones. The theme is up to date, and pressing ESC does not solve the issue. If anyone knows of any fixes, please let me know.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your reply. I can confirm that I've cleared the cache for both
Shopify and Chrome in general. As for plugins, do you mean Shopify or
Chrome plugins, or something else?
