I am the admin for our Shopify account.  2 problems.

 

1.  I have been unable update the products when I click on them.  I get a message that says it cannot be accessed at this time.   Has been doing this for a week.

2.  Today when I sign in, everything is grayed out; Home, Orders, Products, etc.. I cannot access anything at all.

 

No idea how to get anyone on the phone for help either. 

 

Appreciate any help that you can provide.

In this instance, we'll need to take a closer look at your Shopify admin from our end in order to provide further assistance. We're unable to do so via our Community Forums at this stage due to security reasons, so please contact our Live Support team from our help center here. Once logged in to your store on the help center, select a topic that best fits your query or situation. From there, you'll be taken to a page with a list of relevant support articles, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team. Our team can then investigate this matter further and provide your next steps.

 

Just a note with contacting our Live Support team, if you're logged in to the help center you should see a callback option as one of our contact methods. The availability of the callback option, however, depends on our current contact volume. So if you don't see this option on your end, you can reach out via live chat or email instead and our team will be more than happy to help!

If I log into my account I cannot access anything including support.  If I go to the link you just sent and I click on 24/7 support nothing happens.  If I click on the login button on the upper right, nothing happens.   I am stuck in a hamster wheel and cannot get out.   I've tried two computers, chrome and microsoft edge, cleared history and etc.  No change.  Is there an 800 number you can provide that I can call?   Thank you.

Thanks for that extra information, @ATMISI.

 

We have since updated our contact method, so instead of being able to dial a number you'll now need to sign up for a callback if you'd like to speak with our Live Support team via phone call. This is to help minimise the hold time that merchants spend while awaiting to speak with one of our team members.

 

Have you tried the 'Continue without logging in option', when attempting to contact our Live Support team via the help center?

This is all I get when I go to help.shopify.com/en/support.  No continue without logging in option.  Login button and 24/7 link on this page is unresponsive.

Can you please try again using this link, and to follow the troubleshooting steps below:

 

  • Try to access the help center via an incognito window.
  • If an incognito window doesn't work, you can try to clear your browser's cookies and cache again, prior to accessing the help center link.
  • You can also try another browser. You mentioned that you've tried using Chrome and Microsoft Edge, do you also have access to Firefox or Safari on one of your devices, to test these two browsers?
  • If you have access to a different mobile or a tablet, you can also try accessing the help center using those.
