Cart Counter Is Not Updating - Palo Alto Theme

When I add an item to my shopping cart I get the following undefined item showing on my page how can I fix this?

Hi do you mean this or where can I find  cart-drawer__item-qty.?

You need to find this class in the cart.liquid file.

Hi Adamvra - how did you fix it to display the item count in Cart / Bag icon in header?
