When I tried adding a product to the cart, the product wasn't added, and the cart remained empty, despite receiving a message that it was successfully added. Additionally, when I clicked the checkout button, I was repeatedly redirected to the homepage. I'm using a third-party theme, but after switching back to Shopify's default (Dawn) theme, the issue persisted. I also uninstalled all apps and cleared the cache and cookies, but none of these steps resolved the problem.
