The change quantity on cart page stopped working:

Either an app or a theme customization are causing errors for the theme.

Check the devtools console

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier '$' (at cart:2311:30)

That problem with $ is not related to the quantity issue -- it's dual quotes in last line of this code:

<div id="secomapp_freegifts_version" data-version="2.0"></div>
    <!-- BEGIN app snippet: sca.freegifts -->
<script data-cfasync="false" type="text/javascript">
    Shopify.money_format = ""${{amount}}"";

 

Problem with quantity is due to the duplicated IDs on quantity input elements and missing data-line attributes. 

 

However, your cart page is so messed up it's impossible to suggest an easy fix without seeing your code.

If you can share the content of your cart section it would be easier to come up with a solution.

 

Ideally, you'd need a proper cleanup, but...

I am San from MS Web Designer.

 

Ensure that you include the Jquery cdn link in your theme.liquid and verify the quantity update. If not, we may need to access the code to address the issue, as we have confirmed in Chrome inspect that the quantity is not updating.
