Certain Customers go to a "Something Went Wrong" page after attempting to place an order

Hello, just as the title says I am having an issue where certain retailers are getting an error whenever they attempt to place an order. They get to the checkout page and place the order, but the order fails to go through and put them at an error page. I have not been able to replicate the error on my end, but I've gotten several of complaints about this and am not sure how to go about fixing it. Any ideas?
