Certain Pages Within My Website Will Not Load

Our shop for the last week or so has been having issues with loading of certain collections.

Specifically Something went wrong (kawaiicustomfabric.com), (which is our overall product page) will not load.

Each individual collection loads fine, but that main one which our customers navigate to will not load any longer.

We have cleared cache's and checked the page coding, nothing seems to fix the issue with this specific page not loading correctly and it is impacting our customers access to our store.

I’m facing the same error and still can’t find any solution. Were you able to?

Try looking at your theme's animation settings! I just worked with Shopify support for two months on a very similar issue happening for my store (using the Studio theme). There was an animation setting in there that they recently released that has a bug that effects the products page only on iPhones. The name of the animation setting is "Reveal sections on scroll". You want to make sure that is unticked/inactive.

I'm having the same problem. It seems like it's only an issue on iPhone mobile (Android users and any desktop machines seem like they work just fine). It is happening with customers all over the country, so it's not a specific device or internet network or version issue. Sometimes it will work and sometimes it's broken for the same person. If they restart their phone, it will work for a little while but then it eventually breaks again. I'm using the Studio Theme version 11.0. When I inspect the issue in Chrome, it looks like there's an issue with one of the fonts I'm using (the font is Fjalla One) but I can't imagine that the font is causing this one product page to break and all my other pages (homepage, about page, faq, contact) load just fine because the font is used everywhere on the site, including the pages that work just fine. I've had my site for 1.5 years and only started noticing this issue 2 months ago, right around the time that you posted your comment. Do you have any of these same patterns on your end? Did you find a solution? Desperate for help...I've chatted with Shopify support a few times and they haven't been helpful. They only say it's a problem with the user's local device and the best advice they can give is to have the user restart their phone. But this is of course not a good enough solution since I can't expect customers to know to do this or to be willing to do this. They're going to see a broken page and then leave for good!

Attached a picture of the setting they said to disable that was causing the bug. Hope this helps!
