Hi Guys,
Firstly, I know that my Shopify backend was down yesterday afternoon, but it's back now. But I'm not sure if this is part of the problem!
The Desktop View of my website https://boxdepot.ie/ seems to be working fine, but I seem to be having problems with some of my products on the Mobile View.
I have a few products where I don't have a selling price, but instead have a "Get Quote" button where the customer can complete an enquiry form for their specific requirements. But there is still the Product Description with relevant info so the customer can have a read before sending an enquiry. This works perfectly on Desktop View.
However, on Mobile View it goes straight to the enquiry form with no other info.
For example, here's my Jumbo Moving Kit which is €124.99 and has a description of what's included: https://boxdepot.ie/collections/moving-kits/products/jumbo
But if you look at, for example, my CP316 Shredder, it has a "Get Quote" button rather than a "Buy Now" button and is found here: https://boxdepot.ie/collections/cardboard-shredders/products/cp316 with the various product information the customer would like to see.
Both of these products are working perfectly on the Desktop View. But on Mobile View it seems to be diverting straight to my enquiry page: https://boxdepot.ie/pages/cardboard-shredder-enquiry without any of the product page information.
I don't know why it's suddenly deciding to do this!
I can't understand how a page can show completely different information on Desktop View and Mobile View when they're both pointing to the same page information?
I'm not hugely techie, but any pointers as to what the problem might be would be appreciated!
Hello @BoxDepot,
1. First, open the product in your dashboard where you’re experiencing the issue.
Go to Dashboard -> Products -> search for the product name, then open the product.
Now, scroll down on the right side where you'll see Theme Template.
Select the Default Template there, and this should resolve your issue.
