Change collections title list tab

Hi all,

I'd like to change the titles of the 2 collection drop down menus on my website ('SHOP' and 'GIFTS BY OCCASION/PERSON' - as indicated by 2 red arrows), but no idea how to do it. Is anyone able to help?
