change Header icons to text

Hey, 
So i want to change the 3 icons in the header to 'search', 'account'. 
For Cart i want it to be like 'Cart ( [Quantity] )'. Ive tried multiple methods in  this forum  but all didnt work properly.
i tried the bubble method where it uses the number of the bubble but my problem is, my store uses black color for text and the text look like this: Cart (  )  in black and the  number in between in white. So if you have a solution to this i would appreciate it. 

Maybe there is another method i dont know of

I checked your request and would like to inform you that the design of the theme currently does not fully support the customization you’re looking for. In this case, you may need to customize the theme code and you can consider hiring a developer to assist you further.
