Hi, I'm using the 'Standard' shipping rate, and this is what it looks like when people are checking out:
It's not clear what those dates are - ship by? deliver by? And since I'm using only one rate the word "standard" also doesn't mean anything.
I would like to change the word "Standard" to "Delivered by:"

Hi Ken,
When setting up the rate in Shopify's Settings > Shipping and delivery > Shipping profiles, please select a custom rate. You can name it anything you'd like! However, please note that it likely won’t include the date estimate, as that feature is tied to the "Standard" shipping rate:
As an alternative, you can update the rate description to something like "Delivered within 3-4 days" to give your customers an estimated timeframe.
