Change the Checkout City input to a searchable dropdown.

I want to provide customers with a predefined list of cities to select from at checkout. Since we only ship to one country, there’s no need for country-based customization. The city input should simply be a searchable dropdown.

The checkout page customization is only available for Shopify Plus customers, if you are plus customer you can achieve it using the app like Address Autocomplete. 

if you are not a plus customer, you can use some third party app like Shopify Forms to get the customer city details and collect it before check out page. 

To get customer delivery location, you can also use apps like PinPointly: Location finder, this app provides option get customer location with map widget, allowing you to pinpoint the exact delivery location.
