Change the colour of sold out text for brooklyn theme

Is there a way ( that has been proven) to work on how to change the colour of the "sold out" text red or something more eye catching than pale gray ?

Online Store->Theme->Edit code->Assets->timber.scss.liquid

.btn--secondary-accent[disabled], .btn--secondary-accent.disabled {
				color:red!important;
}
