Hello Team,

 

I have noticed from last few days my product descriptions are changed. I have not made these changes. Not all the the products are changed only few of them. Changes i have noticed are description with bullet points, are no more in bullet points. Text in description are now underlined. Format of headings are now removed. 

 

Other strange things are happening as well. Like some of my listings are moved from active to draft.

all my listing had 'Charge tax' box unticked, but now i have noticed it's been tick on some of the listing. Cost per item have now been changed to £0 where charge tax box has been ticked.

 

Is this some sort of glitch? Can you please help me sort these issues?

Have you done any bulk product updates recently that may have effected other items or changed any setting within your theme customiser?

Hi Dev,

 

I have been bulk uploading products to my store. But i never had any issues before and i have not make any changes to it. I am using third party app to upload products to store. These changes have been happening in last one week and i have not made any changes in settings in last one-two weeks.

 

Products that have affected are old products that were added manually and also new products uploaded in bulk using third party app.
