I’ve been trying to change my shop from an LLC to an individual shop. About 3 weeks ago I reached out and have been told repeatedly that my ticket has been escalated to the tax team. No one will reach out from the tax team. This is getting to the point where it’s hindering me from doing business, despite the fact that I pay Shopify every month. I’m very upset. I don’t have a lifetime to wait and I find it very hard to believe that WEEKS go by and NO ONE can simply change my Shopify store to an individual store. This is becoming so upsetting, I do not know what to do.
Someone PLEASE help me.
