Looking to modify the login flow of our website to a phone number based flow

Our existing site works solely on phone number + otp for login and we intend to create a seamless experience for our users coming to the shopify site

- Looking to contact anyone who has any experience modifying the login flow 

- Whether any settings in the shopify console will obstruct development of this login flow
