Changing sales tax rates with a mobile business

I need help with sales tax and inventory management.

I have a online and mobile business that changes towns on a daily basis. Every time we are in a different town, the tax rate needs to be changed for that municipality. We accomplish this by setting up a warehouse, without moving inventory, for the town we are in. This creates a HUGE inventory mess with all of the different “warehouses”. Our inventory should be the same no matter where we are selling as the entire business moves, not just inventory. Is there another way to accomplish changing tax rates and towns without changing warehouses and moving inventory?

Did you ever find a way to do this. I just switched to shopify and closed brick and mortar. So will be going mobile. After talking with comptroller they instructed that I have to keep track of each city and sales to file on my quarterly reports.
