Changing the shipping method title

I'm having a problem with customizing the order confirmation email.

Specifically, I want to change the shipping method title from 'Generic Shipping' to '7-day Express Shipping', but I don't know where to change it in the setting. 

Could anyone help with this?

Hello @Kathy_M 

1. In your Shopify Admin go to online store > Settings > Notifications > Order confirmation > Edit code.

2. Find  > Shipping method -> remove > {{ shipping_method.title }} > add > 7-day Express Shipping.
