Channel getting empty when purchase with mobile app developed with multipass token based checkout.

We have integrated Shopify into our mobile app which was developed in both IOS and Android. Basically, we sync all our online Shopify store products with graphQL APIs to the mobile view and let users directly buy with the mobile app.


Here the authentication mechanism handles with multipass token and it loads checkout with automatic login to the store webview and users could process the payment and place an order.


But as of now, all the orders have empty values on the channel column, which as per the documentation should mapped as Online Store, since we are processing through the online store.


Is there anyone who faced the same issue or any missing config that we need to look at from the Shopify side?
