Charges Deducted after the account is deactivated

I have deactivated my accounts 3 months ago but still it deducts charges, I subscribe to yearly shopify subscription but then I deactivated my account but still it deducts the yearly amount. what to do now I don't have access to the store and also not have access to te email associated with that account
