Hello, Community.
I have query regarding my online orders. I have a successful transaction on my online store, but the customer's transaction was completed after entering the billing address details. The site did not offer any shipment address section although my settings on shopify are requiring it. Is there anything to do, reload the site or anything?

It sounds like your checkout process may be set to “Billing address same as shipping address” by default, which could be why the shipping address section didn’t appear. First, check your Checkout Settings (in Shopify Admin > Settings > Checkout) to ensure that customers are required to enter a shipping address separately.
