Hi, @DirtyBear_2015!

 

Thanks for sharing the screenshot of the error message. This error looks like it could be coming from your store's shipping rates. I recommend checking your shipping rates by navigating to Settings > Shipping and delivery > Manage rates. From there, you can double check for the following:

 

  1. Make sure that the address that the customer has entered on checkout is included within your Shipping to zones
  2. If you are creating your own shipping rates, ensure that the customer's order total falls within your price or weight conditions
  3. If you have multiple locations on your store, check that the products on checkout are being stocked at a location that already have shipping rates attached to them. A location with active shipping rates will show up under the Shipping from heading. If any one of your locations don't have shipping rates on them, they will show up on the very bottom of this page under the heading Not shipping from, and it will give you the option to add shipping rates to these locations
  4. If you use any third-party apps to configure your shipping rates, you can double check the shipping settings on the app to see if you've set it up correctly for it to pull through to your storefront

 

We have a really handy help document here that will help you with setting up your shipping rates, if you need it. Once you make any necessary changes or edits to your shipping rates, you can also test this again on your checkout, to see if the shipping rates will now show up successfully on checkout.

 

As you're currently looking through shipping settings, I also recommend going through our Shopify Blog here for some helpful tips on how you can reduce shipping costs, which you can take a look at once your shipping issues have been resolved.

 

Is the shipping error you're seeing also occurring for other addresses on checkout, or just the one that you've tested so far?

Is the shipping error on your end also occurring for multiple addresses on checkout?

Thank you, Kimi.  This solution worked for me.  I was trying something new but failed to add the new locations to my Shipping Zones and with a couple of clicks it was all resolved!  Crisis averted!!
