Checkout Error - Forces customer to select date (but no options pop up) before check out

I have no idea what I changed but now customers cannot check out on my site! At check out it forces customers to select a date to get their order but nothing shows up. You cannot complete a check out at all without selecting this so it's giving me the run around. We do offer local delivery & pickup but have never had this issue. I tried to remove those options to see if this would help but it did not. Help!!

Since your customers are unable to check out on your website and you're unable to make sales, this urgent matter needs to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.

 

How did you add the date picker to your website? If you added it through a third-party app or apps not developed by Shopify, I suggest reaching out to the app's support team as they're in the best position to look into the issue. You may contact their support team by going to the Apps page in your admin and clicking Get support. If the date picker was added by a developer through coding, it's best to have the developer or a Shopify Expert investigate.

 

If you're unsure where to find a solution and you're using a Shopify theme, we can take a closer look into the issue and see what we can do. Shopify chat was able to get this sorted quickly! The culprit was an external app (in store pickup / delivery) that needed to be updated. Once the app was updated it was back to normal!
