Checkout extensions + Shopify cookie banner = absolute mess in analytics

So if you using a customisable checkout and Shopify cookie banner please let me know how do you overcome the tracking mess. What cookie banner app you guys using that might be helpful with tracking?

Analytics is in absolute shambles

total sales roughly 80% correct

conversion rate recorded 45% correct

Orders 50% correct in GA4

And that's in GA4 and Shopify Analytics

I'm starting to think this is no way of running any business, it's just impossible to pay for adds with those tracking statistics. Has Shopify ripped of and tossed it out to much of fundamentals? to even stay here? 

i spoke with shopify support and stories they told me always was on the lines- It's FINE..... the whole hose is on fire but it's fine.... you know customer just left items in a chart for too long, or customer did not refreshed a page it's fine.... line
