chrome in smartphone crashes after i check smsbump box "Text me with shipping updates and discounts"

I'm testing my store (epilwave.com) but when i'm at checkout and i select the option "Text me with shipping updates and discounts" the app crashes and crome closes by itself, i have installe dsmsbump and i'm testing throught my smartphone.

Do you know how to solve this problem?
