Claim Shopify domain after deactivating store

Hi,

I recently deactivated my Shopify account after having temporarely used the domain fpclothing.com

I would now like to use this domain at another E-commerce provider however I cannot register fpclothing.com as it is unavailable (probably being used by Shopify). If I go to fpclothing.com I get a message "Sorry, this store is currently unavailable.".

Logging in to my account doesn't help either as I have to subscribe to a plan to make any changes.

How can I make sure that fpclothing.com is released and I can use it on another service?

Can you confirm if you purchased this domain from a third-party provider or if this domain was purchased from Shopify?

There we can check to see how we can assist you with transferring this domain.

I am not sure if I purchased it, I must have entered it somewhere. But it definitely via Shopify no other provider.
