Hello.
We have the following situation:
GSC shows an average of 50 clicks per day.
A report in Analytics in Shopify 8, 10, 15 sessions.
Earlier, the figures coincided, since September 17, the figures stopped to coincide.
Question.
Could this be a problem on the Shopify side?
Thanks
Many possible causes, a possibly related article that lists some of them https://blog.littledata.io/2021/04/08/for-every-100-orders-in-shopify-12-go-missing/

GSC - Google Search Console it's not Google Analytics.
I'm writing about GSC, it shows clicks to the site. Shopify analytics does not see them.
In general, is it possible for the Shopify analytics report to break?
I now go in from different devices, different carriers, different IPs, and I don't see anything in online mode.

Ah glossed over that part I did.
Discrepancies is kinda the watchword here though it's still about analytics

Bear in mind a "click" from SERPS doesn't not guarantee a landing result on a page, browsers tabs are close, browser crash, adblockers, etc etc.

You'll want to go through some searches of setup guides and review those to remove misconfiguration as a variable.

I get it, I need to first prove that there is a problem and that I have some understanding of what I am writing about.
Ok.
I'm an SEO expert and I work with different sites, including Shopify.
And I was a Google Webmaster Support Forum gold expert (Product Experts (PE)) https://productexperts.withgoogle.com/
Profile link https://support.google.com/webmasters/profile/13100?hl=en
I understand that there is a difference between clicks in GSC and actual traffic to the site.
I wrote above that the situation has been occurring since September 17, not all the time, which may indicate that there is a problem.
Can anyone give a sensible answer?
How to write to support?

Nope, It's not about you , this is a public forum as such it's about anyone that may one day need a path to follow in finding what the problem is, consider them too when you read general troubleshooting guidance on forums before assuming it's about bona fides.
These types of problems are very much a basic turn-it-off-and-turn-it-on-again scenario until something better surfaces.

You can check store status here https://www.shopifystatus.com/ , unfortunately there's no public search for incident reports like with platforms like amazon.

Thanks for the links.
I installed the second GA Universal code using GTM and the data started to flow in correctly.
That is, Shopify analytics still show false data.
