I have the following error:
I have seen one solution that says log into Cloudfare account and change things there, but the thing here that I bought the domain from Shopify itself, I didn't buy it from other provider then connected it. I bought it directly from Shopify so I don't have Cloudfare account, so what can I do to solve this one?
Did you get a resolution??
My story ---------
OK so this is getting old fast.
My domains have been directed to Shopify for well over a year. Suddenly today the domains are all in error stating there is a Cloudflare proxy and that Cloudflare is "not supported by Shopify". I chatted with support and they promised that once I changed an A record to a different IP the error would go away. It didn't, even though DNS lookup shows the change is in effect.
Here's the interesting part. When I refreshed my Shopify admin page to check if any errors were cleared (and they weren't). A verification page asked me to confirm I am human and it is driven by Cloudflare. WT? You don't suppose your own system SHOPIFY is detecting itself as an issue?
whats your domain name?
I have a number of domains in this story but first one is h interlandhealing .com,A records changed as requested by Shopify Support but no change to the error.
not necessarily the issue but see that you forgot the cname configuration. its good to add and check again?
